The Wildcats struggled to ever find much consistency on Tuesday, and it loomed large as the Bulldogs closed out the upset victory. Kentucky struggled mightily from deep and leaned heavily on its work down low, and the Bulldogs were relentless in terms of ball pressure and blocking what shots the Wildcats could put up. Georgia got just enough offense and delivered on some key free-throw attempts to keep the Wildcats at arm’s length.
Kentucky ended Tuesday’s loss shooting just 37.5% from the field. The Wildcats failed to hit a shot from the field in the last 4:05 of action.
