For those who have visited Swarovski’s flagship store in Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the prominent all-yellow decor is hard to miss. Three years later, the Wonderlux store arrives at Singapore’s Wisma Atria, covering a spacious area of around 2,270 sq ft. It also offers the largest selection of collaborative pieces from the Swarovski Creators Lab, which features partnerships with brands like footwear label Aquazzura and Mexican fashion brand Liberal Youth Ministry.

HEAD TO A SHOE WONDERLAND BY ROGER VIVIER

fsshion new

Roger Vivier’s flamboyant creative director, Gherardo Felloni, wants to whisk shoe fiends straight to cloud nine with his latest pop-up at the Level 1 atrium of Takashimaya Shopping Centre. Aptly named Candy Clouds, this whimsical space, nestled in the mall’s atrium, is adorned with fluffy cloud installations, perfectly complementing the dreamy vibes of the Spring/Summer 2024 collection. Picture shoes and bags, such as the plush Viv’ Choc, in an array of pastel hues, denim, raffia, and metallic sheens. Among the highlights is the all-new Viv Canard—a slingback kitten-heel design, featuring a square tapered toe reimagined by Felloni from an archival design by the legendary Monsieur Roger Vivier himself.

The Candy Clouds pop-up is running from now to April 14

A RIMOWA LUGGAGE LINE WITH SERIOUS VINTAGE CRED

fsshion new

It’s hammer time at German luxury luggage maker Rimowa. It has just unveiled a limited-edition collection drawing inspiration from a groovy archival design dating back to 1966. Dubbed Hammerschlag, which translates to “hammer hit,” the aluminium cases feature a texture resembling pebbled leather, with a shiny polished finish – quite the avant-garde move at a time when luggage was mostly stuck in the matte era. To up the retro vibe, it has added leather handles and a leather zipped compartment inside. The Rimowa Cabin Hammerschlag (background) is released in 1,898 numbered pieces, honouring the year Rimowa was founded in Cologne, while the Rimowa Hand-Carry Case Hammerschlag is produced in 966 pieces.

The Rimowa Cabin Hammerschlag is priced at 3,960, while the Rimowa Hand-Carry Case Hammerschlag is priced at $3,290

COS’ ATELIER LINE IS DEBUTING IN SINGAPORE

fsshion new

One of the most ethereal runway shows to take place recently wasn’t at Fashion Week, but was by Swedish label Cos, which took place on March 26 at a 15th-century hospital in Rome. The show featured the brand’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection, which emphasises draping, off-shoulder looks, and fluid silhouettes. Among the pieces on show were fits from Cos’ premium line, Atelier, which was launched in 2022 and is noted for occasion-ready pieces distinguished by the use of fine fabrics and craftsmanship. Making its debut this month, expect fits like hand-pleated shoulder pads and inward-folding lapels – because nothing says appreciating the final details.

Cos’ Spring/Summer 2024 and Atelier collections will drop in stores from April 15

Naturally, staying true to Both’s signature style, these shoes sport a quirky touch in the form of a diagonal metallic heel, adding a sleek, streetwear-inspired aesthetic. Paired with a PVC frame in seasonal colours like bright yellow and bubblegum pink, these are kicks you’ll want to flaunt for any occasion.
