Aug. 29—The South Kortright golf team edged Charlotte Valley 180-189 in Thursday’s Delaware League match at Ouleout Creek Golf Course.
Boston Quarino had the low round of the day for SK with a 41. Lance McClure and J.B. Trimbell each shot a 46 while Jack Byrne added a 47.
Leading Charlotte Valley was Shawn Streeter with a 43. Cody Keator and Tucker Whipple carded 46 and 47, respectively while Natalie Amadon had a 53.
Charlotte Valley will face Hunter-Tannersville at Colonial Golf Club on Friday.
Hunter-Tannersville 187, Gilboa-Conesville 197
Gideon Glennon led Hunter-Tannersville to a 187-197 win over Gilboa-Conesville on Thursday at Rip Van Winkle Golf Course.
Glennon had two birdies as part of a one-under par round of 35. Teagan Mahoney added a 43 for H-T while Will Schneider shot 50 and Thorne Agosto had a 59.
Shane O’Hara led Gilboa with a 46, David Cammer shot 47, Garrison Ross had a 50 and Cody Ciaravino had a 54.
H-T improves to 2-1 on the season.
Margaretville 185, Roxbury 249
Margaretville topped Roxbury 185-249 in a Delaware League match at Hanah Mountain on Thursday.
Ryan Sanford went low with a 38 to lead the Blue Devils. C.J. Fairbairn and Anthony Maggio each carded rounds of 48 while Connor Wayman notched a 51.
Blake Albano led Roxbury with a 58 while Liam Bullock had a 60.
Roxbury will face Windham-Ashland-Jewett at Shepard Hills on Friday.
Jefferson/Stamford topped Windham-Ashland-Jewett 211-222 in Thursday’s match at Windham Country Club.
Jon Michael Leas led J/S with a round of 45 and was followed by teammates Gavin VanEtten (50), Cameron Tompkins (56) and Payden Wright (60).
WAJ’s James Garrison had the low round of the day with a 44 while Slade Tynan shot 53 and Jackson Storm had a 59.
Charlotte Valley 189, Roxbury 243 (Wednesday)
Charlotte Valley rolled to a 189-243 win over Roxbury at Shepard Hills Golf Club on Wednesday.
Tucker Whipple shot a 40 to lead the Wildcats while Cody Keator had a 47, Shawn Streeter shot 49 and Natalie Amadon posted a 53.
Blake Albano and Kyle Speenburgh shot 51 and 57, respectively, for Roxbury.
