Roma are finalizing preparations to welcome Mario Hermoso among their ranks.
The Spanish defender has agreed to join the Giallorossi on a 3-year contract until 2027.
There is talk of an exit clause for 2026 included in the final deal.
In the meantime, Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport reports that Roma are now scheduling the defender’s medical and contract signing.
Di Marzio suggests that the most probable date for Hermoso to pen his new deal will be this coming Monday, September 2nd.
However, the player could already land in the Italian capital tomorrow, prior to Roma’s kick-off with Juventus.
