Tennessee basketball hosting pair of five-star targets on official visits

Tennessee basketball is hosting a pair of five-stars on official visits this weekend when UT’s football team welcomes Kent State to Knoxville for the first night game inside of Neyland Stadium this season.

The Vols are hosting five-star big man Chris Cenac, as GoVols247 reported last week, in addition to five-star guard Darius Adams. Rick Barnes and Tennessee assistant coach Justin Gainey visited Adams last week on Sept. 4 during the first day that recruiting opened back up following a dead period in August.

Cenac is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 10 overall player in the country and the No. 1 overall center, though he’s being recruited as a power forward. Adams is ranked as the No. 22 overall player and the No. 4 shooting guard.
