World Market store coming to Henderson

Date:

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A new World Market store is coming to the Henderson area.

Representatives said the store will host a grand opening on Oct. 3 at their new location at 535 North Stephanie Street, near Warm Springs Road. The address is the previous location of Buy Buy Baby, which closed in 2023.

Henderson City Council documents from late August showed that World Market applied for a beer, wine and spirits sales license.

A Cost Plus World Market sign is shown in Mountain View, Calif., Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. said Wednesday it agreed to buy smaller home goods retailer Cost Plus Inc. for about $495 million, following a collaboration that put a specialty food department in some Bed Bath & Beyond stores showed promise.
