Only 13 golfers have pulled off the feat of winning the same PGA Tour event at least five times.

Thanks to the likes of Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Sam Snead, who won a handful of events six, seven or even eight times, there are 23 instances in all of a golfer winning the same event at least five times.

As noted, some of the golfers appear on this list more than oncee. Woods, for example, has won two different events eight times, two others seven times and another three events five times.

Mark O’Meara, who is retiring from competitive golf at this year’s Pure Insurance Championship on the PGA Tour Champions, is on this list. He won the PGA Tour event at Pebble Beach five times in his career, thus giving extra meaning to his final event being played at Pebble Beach Golf Links.
