Last season, he played a crucial role in Madrid’s Champions League campaign, contributing to 11 goals – six scored and five assisted – and leading his team to another European final.

His consistency, ability to handle adversity, and knack for delivering in decisive moments have made him a favourite to lift the Ballon d’Or.

Nike anticipating a big win for Vinicius

As part of the build-up to the Ballon d’Or ceremony, Nike, the Brazilian’s sponsor, is ready to honor him in a special way.

The sportswear giant plans to reopen its flagship store on Madrid’s Gran Via just two days after the Ballon d’Or, with a tribute to Vinicius.

The event will feature golden boots and a dedicated space for the Real Madrid forward, cementing his place among Nike’s icons like Cristiano Ronaldo.
