After Harry Brook’s triple ton and Joe Root’s double century powered the visitors to 823 for 7 (decl), a demoralized hosts were expected to play sensibly and go for a draw.
However, something completely unexpected happened and hosts’ fans were left stunned after Pakistan batters imploded in their second essay.
Reduced to 82 for 6 in an unbelievable collapse, Pakistan found themselves staring at an innings defeat as England bowlers ran riot on a dead Multan track.
None of the top six batters went past the 30-run mark in the second innings with star Babar Azam delivering yet another low score of 5.
The shock second innings collapse from Pakistan didn’t go down well with the fans as the team was brutally roasted on social media.

It was Agha Salman and Aamer Jamal’s unbeaten partnership of 70 for the seventh wicket that delayed an embarrassing innings defeat for Pakistan on the fourth day.
The hosts were 152 for 6 at the close of play.
With Pakistan still 115 behind and six down in second innings, England will look to secure an incredible win early on the final day.
