Lucas Bergvall to be evaluated by Spurs after Sweden exit

Sweden have confirmed that Lucas Bergvall has returned to Tottenham for evaluation after suffering an injury whilst on international duty.

“Lucas Bergvall has suffered a minor injury and will not be available for tonight’s game against Estonia in the Nations League,” read a statement issued by the national side.

“The midfielder has left the men’s national team gathering in Estonia to focus on his rehabilitation.”

The 18-year-old has made five substitute appearances for Ange Postecoglou’s side in the Premier League this season, as well as two starts in Europa League action.
