The Men’s Basketball Director of Scouting works in coordination with the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches to oversee and manage the internal needs and services of student-athletes. This position will assist with on-court development, analytics, and film breakdown. The Head Men’s Basketball Coach will assign other duties and special projects as necessary. This position should have a basic knowledge of NCAA rules as it pertains to assigned job duties and the scope of employment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: One year of experience working with men’s basketball at the Division I level

- 60% – Film Breakdown/Video Analysis – (Essential)
- 20% – Recruiting/Practice set up and breakdown. – (Essential)
- 10% – On-court instruction and development – (Essential)
- 10% – Assist with basketball operations, scouting and other duties as assigned – (Essential)
