Caitlin Clark needs a mulligan on the first tee, just like the rest of us

Maybe Caitlin Clark is more like the rest of us than we realize.

The Indiana Fever star provides thrills on the basketball court. On the golf course, she may need a mulligan every once in a while.

She had a large gallery Wednesday while teeing off in a pro-am sponsored by golf legend Annika Sorenstam. Clark was paired with world No. 1 Nelly Korda.

Her first shot: Pulled left into the crowd, falling short of the goal she set for herself the previous day. She quickly pulled out another ball and sent it down the fairway.
