Linebacker Vi Jones will be teammates with his brother for the final week of the regular season.
The Cardinals announced on Monday that they have claimed Jones off of waivers. Jones was let go by the Buccaneers on Saturday.
Jones is the younger brother of Arizona wideout Zay Jones and both players are the sons of former Cowboys linebacker Robert Jones. He had nine tackles and two forced fumbles in seven appearances with Tampa this year and he also made three appearances for the Seahawks in 2023.
The Cardinals placed safety Joey Blount on injured reserve in a corresponding move. Blount hurt his ribs in Week 16.
