COLUMBIA, S.C. (Gamecocks Athletics) – South Carolina women’s basketball head coach Dawn Staley continues to be innovative in creating the best FAM experience in the country. After bringing the G-Hive to the program in 2015-16, she is introducing the Fast Break Pass to enhance the game day experience at Colonial Life Arena in 2024-25.
As fans have long lined up for hours to get into Colonial Life Arena, the Gamecocks have created the Fast Break Pass, which is an add-on to the game ticket that allows the holder to beat the lines at the door and the concessions stands by entering the arena 30 minutes before doors open for all other ticket holders. The Fast Break Pass will be a digital ticket only which can be purchased for the season ($100) or for specific games, which will cost $12-20 depending on the game. Season Fast Break Passes will go on sale Fri., Oct. 11, and single-game Fast Break Passes going on sale on Fri., Oct. 18 to align with single-game ticket sales.
In 2024-25, G-Hive membership will come in three levels, beginning at $125. At that price, members will receive a replica 2024 National Championship ring, a 2024 National Championship logo hat, a season-theme t-shirt, pajama pants and admission to an open practice (date to be announced). As most G-Hive members know, Staley typically adds some surprises throughout the season for the group as well.
The G-Hive Champ Package will be $150 and include all of the items above as well as a piece of the National Championship court. A maximum of 100 memberships in the FAM Experience Package will be sold for $200 and include all of the previous items as well as a ticket to an event on Mon., Oct. 28, prior to the Gamecocks’ exhibition game against Clayton State. Tentatively set to begin at 1:45 p.m., the event will include entry to the team’s shoot around and pre-game meal.
Members can choose to pick up their items at three home games beginning Nov. 14 or have the items shipped to them (additional $20 shipping fee per membership applies). In order to pick up at a game, orders must be placed by Fri., Oct. 18. Please enter the size for the pajama pants (unisex size small through 5X) with your order and follow instructions on the order form if your tshirt size is different.
