This event is the premiere women’s golf team competition between the United States and Europe, and this year’s event is the 19th time this event has been played.
The United States leads the all-time series 10-7-1, but Europe won the past three times this event has been played.
The last USA win came in 2017 when the event was held at the Des Moines Golf & Country Club in West Des Moines, IA. The event is back in the U.S. this year and is being played at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club.

The United States team in this competition is comprised of Nelly Korda, Allisen Corpuz, Ally Ewing, Jennifer Kupcho, Lexi Thompson, Lauren Coughlin, Lilia Vu and Sarah Schmelzel.
The Europe team features Emily Pedersen, Carlota Ciganda, Esther Henseleit, Charley Hull, Maja Stark, Georgia Hall, Anna Nordqvist and Celine Boutier.
