Hurricane Milton: Treasure Coast roads closed, flooded

PORT ST. LUCIE: Northbound and southbound lanes of Southeast Green River Parkway are closed Tuesday because of flooding caused by constant rainwater, Port St. Lucie police Sgt. Dominick Mesiti said.

The road is closed to traffic at the intersection of Southeast Charleston Drive until further notice. Mesiti recommended taking Walton Road to Indian River Drive or U.S. 1 as alternate routes. For those needing to get out of the neighborhood, he recommended taking Southeast Berkshire to Southeast Melaleuca boulevards.
