Juventus and PSG Join Liverpool in Pursuit of Dortmund Star with Six Goal Involvements in Seven Matches

Paris Saint-Germain have a new transfer strategy as they aim for young players who are just scratching their potential. This past summer, the capital club secured the likes of Willian Pacho and João Neves, who fit this profile.

The Parisians also didn’t pursue any forwards despite the rumors linking them to various players. Even though the Ligue 1 side lost Kylian Mbappé, they opted to stand still and let others like Bradley Barcola take these prominent roles.

Nonetheless, it doesn’t mean the French giants won’t be looking at forwards in the future. This season could determine whether sporting advisor Luis Campos reexamines the attacking options.

TEAMTalk reported on Friday, citing sources, that Liverpool are planning to revamp their attacking options in 2025 and are eyeing a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi.

Adeyemi is on the Reds’ short list of players to bolster their attack. The outlet notes that Dortmund would be willing to part ways with Adeyemi for less than €45 million.

Liverpool also face competition for Adeyemi as Juventus and PSG are also considering moves for the forward in 2025. Moreover, PSG boss Luis Enrique is understood to be a huge admirer of the 22-year-old who is under contract until 2027.

This season, Adeyemi has recorded two goals and four assists in seven total matches across all competitions.
