After two rounds of action at TPC River’s Bend, the leaderboard is stacked with some of the LPGA’s top players with a $2 million purse up for grabs.
Nelly Korda snags early birdie in round 3
World No. 1 Nelly Korda was 1-over through eight holes on Friday before a birdie on the par-5 18th hole. She finished with a 70 to land at 7-under for the tournament. Korda has started hot on Saturday with a birdie on the par-4 second hole. She is currently tied for eighth.
Jeeno Thitikul leads Lydia Ko at Kroger Queen City Championship
Jeeno Thitikul has fired a 66 on back-to-back days to take the 36-hole lead at the Kroger Queen City Championship. Thitikul has just two bogeys thus far and birdied three of the final four holes on Friday to gain a one-stroke lead over second-place Lydia Ko.
Thitikul, Ko and third-place Haeran Ryu (10-under) will tee off at 10:32 a.m. on Saturday.
