Aurora scored a 5-0 victory over host Roosevelt in girls tennis Monday to improve to 4-1 in the Suburban American Conference.
Greenmen junior Kamy Milano (first singles), senior Zelie Cerda (second singles) and junior Addison Martin (third singles) all won in straight sets. Junior Ashley Kohl and sophomore Eliza Cunningham managed to win a tight first set en route to a 7-5, 6-1 win at second doubles, and junior Sophie Cifani and freshman Logan Archibald added another straight-set win at first doubles.
Ravenna 4, Southeast 1
The Ravens swept singles play, including Alannah Raffa prevailing in a three-set thriller at third singles, to complement wins by Whitney Holmes (first singles) and Mallory Sterba (second singles).
Girls soccer
Crestwood 11, Jefferson 3
Erin Hallis scored four goals and two assists to lead the Red Devils to victory. Liv Martini also had a hat trick for Crestwood (5-2, 2-1 Chagrin Valley Conference), which also got big performances from Alyssa Hallis (two goals, two assists), Ava Julian (goal, three assists) and Taylor Larch (goal, two assists).
