PVD All Stars basketball league tips off | ABC6

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence All Stars Community Court basketball league tipped off its season on Sept. 27.

The league pits elected officials against city youth in monthly games at different recreation centers in the community.

The rec center players defeated the elected, which features five state reps, two state senators, and three city councilors, 78-73 opening night.

Each game will feature different state and city officials.

The next game is scheduled for Oct. 25 at the West End Recreation Center.
