Let’s talk about a game I thought was gonna be pinball scoring and the pinball machine went tilt Eagles 15 Saints 12, a game that Philadelphia dominated and, you know, it looked like they might not get out of here with a win.
They eventually do get that win.
And sewn Barkley was the big star, 100 and 47 on the ground.
He runs into touchdowns, he punches in a two point kid version, the Eagles passing game just I know they went over 300 yards and, you know, Hertz had some moments, but after Devonta Smith got hurt, they basically had Dallas Goddard.
Nobody else.
I do not want to live in a world where the Eagles are eliminated limited, you know, by the absence of AJ Brown, the absence of Devonta Smith, there was a concussion for Smith.
Obviously, we don’t have injury information on a Sunday night, but, uh, Philadelphia game, they dominate somehow.
They went 15 to 12 and, and fantasy managers are probably pretty frustrated.
We didn’t see more points from this game.
A concussion for Smith on a, on a play, uh, that maybe should have been blown dead.
He wasn’t picking up any more yards on that one.
That was a little bit surprising to me.
Um Hopefully he’s, he’s gonna be all right and, and good for next week.
Um, man, without him, the, the there are not a lot of easy answers in that passing game and again, like heroic performance by, by Dallas Goddard today after a couple of quiet weeks, anything that we get from literally any tight end this season seems like a, seems like a gift.
So, so good job by him sewn Barkley with like ju just a, a tremendous game saving, uh, game changing run, uh, like the, the long touchdown where he actually pulled away from, from New Orleans defensive backs was really impressive.
