Tennessee basketball opens SEC play with a home game against John Calipari, the returning Jonas Aidoo and Arkansas on Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena.
The Vols (13-0) breezed through nonconference play with a perfect record but will have a challenging start to SEC play with the Razorbacks on Saturday plus games at Florida and Texas in the first seven days.
Arkansas (11-2) has battled injuries through nonconference play, including to Aidoo. But the former Vols star is healthy and playing well, and the Hogs are better for it.
