🏹 Is Anthony Gordon the ultimate big game player?

Anthony Gordon is continuing to prove he thrives on the biggest stages.

The Newcastle United winger, who is reportedly set to pen a new deal on Tyneside imminently, raced through against Manchester City on Saturday before being felled by Ederson, earning his side a penalty.

With Alexander Isak not on the pitch, it was Gordon who stepped up to send the Man City no.1 the wrong way from the spot, and level the game at 1-1.

In doing so, he continued a ridiculous streak at St James’ Park.

In his last eight games against the traditional “big six”, the winger has now found the net in seven of them.

It’s clear to see why the Newcastle fans love him.
