France star Kylian Mbappé remains one of the top players in world football, but it is safe to say that the former PSG striker has not been at his best for Real Madrid since his summer arrival.
Still capable of single-handedly dictating terms on the pitch, the real Mbappé may be standing up tonight in the early minutes of Madrid’s away clash at Atalanta, which the 15-time champions need a result in.
Mbappé opened the scoring in the 10th minute of action at Gewiss Stadium against a very good Gian Piero Gasperini-led outfit, with the Frenchman expertly shedding his marker before dispatching his effort past Marco Carnesecchi.
If he starts finding form, Europe beware.
