There are seven Premier League fixtures taking place on Saturday.
Keep checking back for updates.
Manchester City v West Ham
Scorers: Coufal OG 10′, Haaland 42′
Manchester City took a 10th minute lead in fortuitous circumstances when Savinho’s low drilled effort from the left squirmed into the net with the aid of a big deflection from VladimÃr Coufal.
Shortly before half-time, Julen Lopetegui’s team talk was made even harder when a deep far post cross from Savinho was met by Erling Haaland with a towering header to net in successive games for the first time in three months.
Crystal Palace v Chelsea
Scorers: Palmer 15′
Aiming to bounce back from successive losses, Chelsea got off to the perfect start at Selhurst Park when Jadon Sancho showcased some silky footwork down the left flank before teeing up Cole Palmer to score his 13th of the campaign.
Aston Villa v Leicester
The most notable moment of a scoreless first half saw Unai Emery’s injury issues continue when they lost captain John McGinn to a hamstring problem.
Bournemouth v Everton
Southampton v Brentford
Scorers: Schade 7′
Brentford got off to the perfect start in their pursuit of a first away win of the season when Mikkel Damsgaard slipped Kevin Schade in behind the defence in the opening minutes and he kept a cool head to find the net.
Christian Nørgaard came close to doubling their lead in curious fashion when an attempted header struck his arching back before looping against the crossbar.
Brighton v Arsenal
Newcastle sink Spurs
Scorers: Solanke 4′; Gordon 6′, Isak 38′
Newcastle fought back from an early setback to defeat Tottenham 2-1 in an exciting affair in north London.
Despite starting with a goalkeeper making his competitive debut for the club at the age of 25 and suffering from a sickness bug in the camp, Spurs struck for the opener with just four minutes on the clock.
Returning Newcastle defender Sven Botman, back in after 10 months out, couldn’t keep Dominic Solanke quiet as he stooped to head into the corner of the net.
However, within two minutes, the Magpies levelled in controversial fashion when Anthony Gordon rifled past debutant Brandon Austin, although Spurs were furious that a handball from Joelinton in the build-up was not deemed a foul.
Seven minutes before half-time, Newcastle struck for their second to take the lead when a Jacob Murphy cross was diverted onto Alexander Isak to steer home and find the net for a seventh straight game.
After the break, Spurs almost managed an equaliser when Martin Dúbravka saved low to his left and Brennan Johnson drilled the follow-up against the post but that, and a late six-yard box flurry, were as close as they came to rescuing a share of the spoils.
Eddie Howe’s men move level on points with fourth placed Chelsea with the victory, while Spurs stay 11th.
