Roma are looking to add another fullback to their roster in January.
Given Zeki Celik’s struggles this season, the Giallorossi wish to address the position of right-back as one of their top priorities in the winter transfer window.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, one of the club’s targets is Cagliari man Gabriele Zappa.
The 24-year-old is said to have been suggested by Claudio Ranieri himself who coached him in Sardinia.
The player is highly appreciated by the veteran coach and could be a low-cost solution for the Giallorossi’s woes.
