PSG Set to Challenge AC Milan for €12M-Rated Club Brugge Standout

Paris Saint-Germain need left-back depth behind Nuno Mendes, and sporting advisor Luis Campos could look to Belgium to find a player who can compete with Mendes or, at the very least, spell him rest.

In recent weeks, Theo Hernández’s future at AC Milan remains uncertain as contract extension talks have reached a standstill. As a result, there are several clubs keen on the standout to bolster their backline in 2025.

According to a recent report from AS, Milan’s management is prioritizing a renewal, but they might consider a sale if negotiations fall through.

The situation has already caught the attention of several European giants. PSG and Bayern Munich are keeping a close watch, and the latest updates suggest that Manchester United could also be interested in the Serie A winner.

A much cheaper option than Theo Hernández?

According to information reported by Mundo Deportivo (h/t Fichajes), there is notable interest from PSG in Club Brugge’s Maxim De Cuyper. The 23-year-old, under contract until 2028, is seen as a great fit for the recruitment strategy led by Luís Campos.

PSG are expected to prepare a strong offer to secure the left-back, who has also drawn interest from AC Milan. As for the potential cost, Transfermarkt puts the player’s transfer value at 12 million.
