Former Roma manager Luciano Spalletti spoke to Sky Sport on the sidelines of the Gran Galà del calcio AIC.
During his interview, the Italy boss wound up talking about Roma, who came out defeated in the match against Atalanta earlier tonight.
“Roma were very good because for 60 minutes they played on equal terms. In the last 20 minutes, Atalanta came out and dominated.”
“I wish Ranieri good luck,” he added. “I coached Roma for several years, it’s a team that’s close to my heart, a city that’s close to my heart.”
“He’s the right coach at this moment to find solutions. From someone like him, from his history, I only have to learn.”
