Sevilla Sound Out Move For Inter Milan Striker In January

Sevilla are sounding out a move for Inter Milan striker Marko Arnautovic during the January transfer window.

This according to Spanish newspaper La Colina de Nevion, via FCInter1908. They report that the La Liga side have already made contact with the Austrian’s representatives.

Striker Arnautovic is currently in his second season back at Inter.

The Austrian rejoined the Nerazzurri from Bologna in the summer of 2023.

And while Arnautovic did get a fair few starts last campaign, this time around he has fallen further down the pecking order.

The arrival of striker Mehdi Taremi from Porto has ensured that.

Meanwhile, Joaquin Correa has also marked himself as a potential starter – as well as a major option off the bench – with his performance against Hellas Verona last month.

According to Spanish newspaper La Colina de Nevion, Sevilla are now eyeing Arnautovic up.

Considering Correa’s return to form means that Inter effectively have four senior attacking options even without Arnautovic, the Andalusian side are hoping that Inter would be willing to sell him.

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old former Stoke City and West Ham United could welcome a move if it means more playing time.

That is precisely what Sevilla are hoping.

Therefore, La Colina de Nevion report, Sevilla have already approached the representatives of Arnautovic.
