Lessons Learned from UNC basketball’s loss to Alabama in the ACC/SEC Challenge

Date:

It was another night to forget for the UNC basketball program, as they were handled rather easily by Alabama on Wednesday night. The Tar Heels once again dug a deep first-half hole, falling behind by as much as 13 in the first half, clawing back to within six before settling for a nine-point halftime deficit.

Ultimately, that size, UNC’s poor ball security, and a bad night from the perimeter doomed the Tar Heels. Let’s dive into some lessons learned from North Carolina’s third loss in a row.
