Bengals tie Cowboys on Joe Burrow’s pass to Ja’Marr Chase

The Bengals went three-and-out on their first drive. They went 70 yards on 11 plays on their second.

Joe Burrow threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Ja’Marr Chase, who was tightly covered by DaRon Bland. Cade York made the extra point after a delay of game penalty.

The teams are tied 7-7 with 2:45 remaining in the first quarter.

The Bengals converted two third downs in the drive. Running back Chase Brown caught an 8-yard pass from Burrow on third-and-2, and Tee Higgins caught a 13-yard reception on third-and-10.

Burrow is 7-of-10 for 57 yards, and Chase has three catches for 22 yards.
