Allegri responds to Roma rumors: “The Friedkins haven’t called me.”

Intercepted by reporters at the Farnesina for the event Sfumatura di Azzurro, Massimiliano Allegri responded ironically to questions about his links with Roma.

When asked to comment on a possible contact with Claudio Ranieri, the current Giallorossi coach who will become a senior executive at the end of the season, Allegri responded with a smile: “Where is the exit?”

The Tuscan coach then responded with self-irony to a question about the English courses he is taking: “My English? It’s very good!”

A joke that leaves open speculation about a possible move to the Premier League, a rumor that has been circulating persistently in recent weeks.

To some guests and fans who asked him “Mister, do something and come to Roma,” Allegri replied: “The Americans haven’t called me.”
