Responding officers found 29-year-old Brandon Williams in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. Williams was then taken to a hospital in Charlotte with life-threatening injuries.

An initial investigation indicated that Williams got into an argument with another person in the parking lot. The two then exchanged gunfire, which resulted in Williams being shot, police say.

Two other suspects in the shooting – 19-year-old Antoine Levette Leach and 22-year-old Oquavyon Mcbride – were both arrested on Nov. 26.

Leach is charged with attempted first degree murder.

Mcbride is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and possession of a firearm by felon. Both Leach and Mcbride are in custody at the Union County Detention Center.

Ingram is currently in custody at the Mecklenburg County Detention Center.
