How to watch, listen to No. 7 Alabama basketball vs. Creighton

Date:

Alabama will be back at home for the first time in over a month on Saturday night, as the 7th-ranked Crimson Tide plays host to Creighton in its final marquee non-conference game.

This game has a little extra meaning to fans who are active on social media, as Alabama and Creighton have embraced the matchup being a “rivalry” of sorts due to the controversial ending of Creighton’s win over Alabama in the first round of the 2012 NCAA Tournament.

It’s also the return game of a home-and-home series with the Bluejays that began last season, when Alabama fell 85-82 at the CHI Health Center in Omaha.

Alabama currently sits at 7-2 on the season with a 2-2 record in Quad 1 games after playing an extremely difficult non-conference schedule. Creighton has lost three games already, but is an incredibly talented team that came into the season with a top-20 ranking. Just last week, the Bluejays knocked off No. 1 Kansas, easily their best win of the season.

Alabama has games against three mid-majors to close out the non-conference slate after the Creighton game, meaning a win would put Nate Oats‘ team in great position to earn a top NCAA Tournament seed with a good performance in SEC play.

The game between Alabama and Creighton will tip off at 7:30 p.m. CT.
