Cowboys downgrade Trevon Diggs to out

Date:

Cornerback Trevon Diggs won’t be in the Cowboys lineup in Carolina on Sunday.

The Cowboys announced on Saturday afternoon that Diggs has been downgraded to out and will not travel with the team. He was listed as questionable due to a knee injury on the final injury report of the week.

Sunday’s game will be the third one that Diggs has missed this season.

The Cowboys elevated cornerback Andrew Booth and offensive lineman Dakoda Shepley from the practice squad on a temporary basis. Both players will revert back after the game.

They also placed DeMarvion Overshown on injured reserve. Overshown suffered a severe knee injury in Week 14 and may miss the entire 2025 season as a result.
