Vikings elevate TE Nick Muse, S Bobby McCain from practice squad

The Vikings elevated tight end Nick Muse and safety Bobby McCain from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Seahawks, the team announced.

Muse began the season on the active roster before breaking his hand in Week 2. He went on injured reserve before returning to practice Nov. 20.

The Vikings activated him to the active roster three days later and then cut him two days after that before re-signing Muse to the practice squad.

Muse has played four games this season, seeing action on 17 offensive snaps and 47 on special teams. He has no stats.

McCain has appeared in two games this season, playing three defensive snaps and 21 on special teams. He has no stats.

The Vikings also announced fullback C.J. Ham did not travel with the team to Seattle but will arrive separately Saturday night.
