Vote for the Chick-fil-A Hanover High School Boys Basketball Player of the Week

Holbrook High’s Allen Brown has been voted the Chick-fil-A Hanover High School Boys Basketball Player of the Week.

The junior received over 18,000 votes to earn the honor. Brown started the season in style by scoring 30 points in a 73-58 win over South Shore Charter.

Vinny Cafarelli, Sr., Plymouth South

Cafarelli led the way in an 80-49 win over Duxbury with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists.

Jacob Derochea, Sr., Pembroke

Derochea scored 23 points in a 69-61 win over Hingham.

Yhan Medina, Soph., Quincy

Medina scored 31 points in a 60-58 win over Silver Lake.

Noah Feldman, Jr., Marshfield

Feldman scored 21 points in an 85-64 win over Scituate.

Michael McNamara, Soph., Thayer Academy

McNamara scored 23 points in a 65-62 win over Taft.

Sam Larsen, Sr., Cohasset

Larsen had big scoring outputs in wins over Carver (20 points) and Randolph (23).

Ethan Elie, Jr., Braintree

Elie scored 21 points in an 81-39 win over Braintree.

Cole Fletcher, Jr., Milton

Fletcher scored 27 points in a 75-53 win over Weymouth.

Khai Francis, South Shore Charter

Francis scored 19 of his 20 points in the third quarter to lead South Shore Charter to a 63-47 win over Argosy.

Aiden McGrath, Fr., North Quincy

McGrath scored 28 points in a 63-44 win over Hanover.

Patrick Jackson, Soph., South Shore Tech

Jackson posted a double-double (20 points, 12 rebounds) in a 64-52 loss to Tri-County.
