Paulo Fonseca dismissed by Milan after draw to Roma

Milan’s draw with Roma proved costly to Paulo Fonseca who is no longer head coach of the Rossoneri.

The Portuguese technician will be sacked with immediate effect shortly after the 1-1 result at San Siro.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, the decision has been taken and communicated to Fonseca.

He will be replaced by Sérgio Conceição who is ready to lead tomorrow’s training session.

Thus the match against his former side, Roma, was Fonseca’s final one as manager of Milan.
