One of the top basketball talents in the state is staying home.

Central-Phenix City standout Jacoby Hill has committed to Jacksonville State, he announced Saturday morning.

Last season as a junior, Hill averaged 23.2 points, 6 rebounds and 5.5 assists, also adding on 54 blocks and 84 steals for the Red Devils.
