According to L’Équipe, Galatasaray are still trying to convince Junior Dina Ebimbe (23) to leave Eintracht Frankfurt and join the Turkish Super League club.
This is despite the French midfielder already rejecting an initial approach to join the Turkish side, Le Parisien reports. Galatasaray are not the only club to show an interest in signing the former PSG academy graduate during the summer transfer window. Napoli and another Serie A club were also trying to sign the 23-year-old before the close of the window in Italy.
Dina Ebimbe could still leave Germany with several days left of Turkey’s transfer window. Gala have sent a contract proposal to the midfielder which is expected to be much more lucrative than his current deal with the Bundesliga club. Dina Ebimbe was a key figure last season but has been left out of their squad for the opening two matches of the German top flight. A move to Turkey could be a legitimate option for the midfielder but it is up to him whether to join Galatasaray with an agreement between the two clubs thought to be relatively simple.
