Injury update: Key Real Madrid trio will be available for Real Sociedad clash

Date:

Real Madrid have received a significant boost ahead of their match against Real Sociedad, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.

The outlet mentions that key players Eder Militao, Jude Bellingham, and Aurelien Tchouameni are will be available for selection after recovering from their respective injuries.

This comes as a relief for manager Carlo Ancelotti, especially after the club lost as many as 11 players to international duty during the recent break.

Throughout this week, Real Madrid have gradually been welcoming back their international stars. By Thursday, the squad was almost back to full strength with the return of Endrick, Andriy Lunin, Rodrygo, and Vinicius Jr.

This has allowed Ancelotti to conduct more comprehensive training sessions, focusing first on warm-up exercises before shifting to tactical drills, both with and without the ball.

Unfortunately, some players are still working their way back to full fitness. Dani Ceballos, Eduardo Camavinga, and David Alaba have been training separately, as they continue to recover from their injuries.

However, the big news is that Militao, Tchouameni, and Bellingham have all left the infirmary. For Militao and Tchouameni, their absence was brief, but Bellingham has been out for a few weeks.

All three are now expected to be available for the crucial La Liga clash this weekend. Real Madrid have one final training session scheduled for Friday and this session will be a key moment in assessing the full fitness of these returning players.

Ancelotti will use it to determine whether Militao, Tchouameni, and Bellingham are fully ready to feature in the squad for the trip to San Sebastian. This final test could decide if they are included in the matchday squad or need further time to regain match sharpness.

If all goes well, Real Madrid will head into their next match with a stronger squad, bolstered by the return of these key players. This could be vital in their efforts to secure a positive result against Real Sociedad.
