As the tenth edition of Paris Retail Week comes to an end, having taken place from September 17 to 19, the Paris Retail Awards have been presented to seven companies. One of them, Nopli, was named “Rookie of the Year”. Nopli supports portals in the deployment of second-hand products.

In the Omnichannel Commerce category, Yocuda beat Planet and Zebra Technologies with its solution for using electronic till receipts to improve sales and customer engagement. On the payment side, Purse beat Delupay and Younited for its customisable payment module for retailers.

Competing against finalists Nricher and Pricinghub, Humanitics walked away with the award in the Data category, for its system for supporting sales staff using artificial intelligence. Also coveted by Dealt and Join Stories, the Customer Experience prize went to Ekoo, which offers portals the opportunity to receive voice comments from their customers.

The prize for social and environmental responsibility went to Done, Smart Way and Save Your Wardrobe. The latter won for its solution that enables customers to digitise their wardrobe to avoid unused clothes, and supports brands in developing repair services. The logistics award went to Autone, which beat Vrya and Boost with its platform for optimising stock management and improving availability.

The awards followed a major announcement at Paris Retail Week. After ten years under this name, next year the event will become NRF Retail’s Big Show Europe, an offshoot of the major New York show organised every January by the American National Retail Federation (NFR).
