The weekly horoscope ahead brings two planetary shifts, particularly the sun’s entrance into Libra and Venus’ movement into Scorpio on September 22. The beginning of Libra season brings the fall equinox with a chill in the air. It is a time to reflect and relax as we move forward. Emotions will deepen due to Venus swimming in Scorpio, allowing us to reimagine relationships and creative projects. With the “mini-moon” beginning to orbit around the Earth, we may feel as though our memories are resurfacing. Give the past light, love, and compassion.

Now is the time to talk about the emotions you repressed in the past. In doing so, expressing yourself with kindness, certainty, and empathy is essential to get your feelings across without ruffling any feathers. Although it may be hard for you to begin the conversation, remember that you are creating an intimate bond with another and giving them a chance to understand you on a deeper level. If you get cold feet, consider an email or writing a letter to avoid confrontation. Most importantly, keep an outline handy for the talking points you want to discuss.

Can you forgive if you can’t forget? Yes and no. First of all, don’t think that you are alone. Old situations trigger everyone emotionally when something similar happens. Reach out to your BFF for a shoulder to cry on. You might even want to discuss the matter with a guidance counselor, therapist, or family member. They’ll help you heal and root for you. Plus, you will have a support system that assists in mending your heart and your relationship with yourself. Eventually, releasing the grudge will be cathartic and refreshing since you won’t carry the burden and emotional weight around.

Being the moral compass of your squad is frustrating at times, and it can lead to you unintentionally judging them. The truth behind your emotion is that you want to protect and nurture — not reprimand them for their role in a situation. Cut them some slack when their actions are revealed (if it’s nothing major). And if you have feelings on their actions, let them know in an empathetic manner to ensure they do not have an intense reaction. The results yield the potential for revamping the foundation of the relationship this week — and you may even get some tea.

You’re blossoming into the person you want to be, which comes with growing pains. To manage and to work through the process of evolving, it is important to be easy and gentle with yourself and others. Not everyone is transforming at the same time or the same pace, so they might be unable to relate. However, they can still be good friends by simply being there for you and listening to your problems when they come up. Find the courage to lean into a bold new attitude that defines your essence and accept the version of yourself that you love most.
