Centralia dominates in Aberdeen

Date:

Sep. 25—The Centralia boys tennis team came away with a big win on Tuesday, as the Tigers topped Aberdeen 4-2.

The match wasn’t as close as the score indicated, as outside of two forfeits at the second and third singles, Centralia dropped just five games across the other four matches.

Jonah Lowe won the top singles match 6-0, 6-4, and Jacoby Corwin and Zander Corwin won the top doubles match 6-0, 6-0.

Second doubles Jordan Yeung and Kadin Yeung also won their match 6-0, 6-0, and Gavin Driscoll and Samuel Parkin won the third doubles match 6-1, 6-0.

This was the first of three road matches this week for the Tigers, who will head to Shelton on Wednesday and Tumwater on Friday.
