Iger’s succession ‘top of mind’ for investors: Analyst

Date:

Macquarie US equity research senior media tech analyst Tim Nollen joins Market Domination to discuss Disney’s (DIS) outlook after CEO Bob Iger’s contract expires in 2026.

Disney’s future is a “top-of-mind question for investors,” according to Nollen.

He argues, “Bob Iger has done an excellent job while he’s been at Disney.” He notes that in two years, ESPN direct-to-consumer will be one year into its rollout. “So maybe by that time Disney is in a more stable spot, and it might be a good time for him to step down.”
