Analysis: Kansas State basketball’s chances to land top targets

Date:

Kansas State head coach Jerome Tang and his staff have narrowed down four prospects in the 2025 recruiting class. The No. 1 prospect in the nation, AJ Dybantsa, kicked things off as he attended K-State football’s season opener against UT Martin. Next, four-star Cam Ward was in Manhattan for Chris Klieman’s blowout victory over Arizona. In the most recent home game, five-star Darryn Peterson was among those in attendance. After a bye week and two away battles, K-State’s next home game will come against Kansas on Oct. 26, which is when five-star Meleek Thomas will take his official visit to K-State.

So, what are the chances Tang & Co. can lead a commitment from each of these targets?

Let’s take a look.
