Nations League official line-ups: Italy vs. Israel

Italy give Guglielmo Vicario his competitive debut against Nations League rock bottom team Israel, with Giacomo Raspadori and Mateo Retegui upfront.

It kicks off at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).

The Azzurri saw their 100 per cent record in the Nations League ended by a 2-2 draw with Belgium, as they had been leading 2-0 until the Lorenzo Pellegrini red card.

Due to that dismissal, Pellegrini is suspended and Nicolò Zaniolo was called up in his place, but Napoli forward Raspadori starts in support of Serie A Capocannoniere Retegui.

The defence remains intact, but Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Vicario gets his competitive debut after two friendly caps and he does it in his hometown of Udine.

Juventus midfielder Nicolò Fagioli comes in for Torino’s Samuele Ricci.

Israel are rock bottom with three defeats out of three, but were able to score in all of them, including a 2-1 loss to Italy last month.

They are missing injured Omri Gandelman, Miguel Vitor, Shawn Goldberg, Eli Dasa and Roy Revivo, while Dean David asked to be left out if he could not be guaranteed more playing time.

Italy vs. Israel line-ups

Italy: Vicario; Di Lorenzo, Bastoni, Calafiori; Cambiaso, Frattesi, Fagioli, Tonali, Dimarco; Raspadori, Retegui

Israel: O Glazer; Feingold, Nachmias, Baltaxa; Abada, Kanichowsky, Abu Fani, Dor Peretz, Haziza; Gloukh, Madmon
