2026 point guard Ashlinn James has committed to Teri Moren and the Indiana Hoosiers. James is a lightning-quick 5-7 point guard from Louisville Assumption High School.
She has been on campus at IU multiple times including for Hoosier Hysteria over the weekend.
James is the first 2026 commit for the IU women’s basketball program.
She had scholarship offers from Miami, Marquette, Saint Louis and many others.
James is very quick. What you hear about her game: She can get to the rim, passes very well, solid shooter at this stage, very good leader.
She played at Louisville Manual last year and transferred to Louisville Assumption for this season.
