Date:

Yahoo Sports fantasy analyst Tera Roberts explains why fantasy managers should roll with the Seattle RB in Week 9.

Video Transcript

I know it probably doesn’t feel like this but in average points per game in half P Pr Kenneth Walker is RB seven on the year now.

It’s come in a very strange way, yardage and efficiency haven’t really been his friend but the touchdowns have been there and he has seen a very pleasant uptick in receptions catching 27 of 31 targets for 100 and 93 yards and a touchdown.

Not bad considering that he missed multiple games due to injury.

Lack of receiving usage has always been the concern with Walker and the cause for worry that game scripts could push him out of fantasy relevance and then you get Zach Charbonnet.

But for the most part, this really hasn’t been an issue this year.

Last week wasn’t pretty for Walker.

It was his worst performance of the season.

The Seahawks were without DK Metcalf and they just looked like an incomplete team and they were dominated by the Buffalo Bills.

This week is a far better overall matchup against the L A Rams.

The Seahawks should be more competitive and this game has one of the highest point totals of the week while I do expect this matchup to lean heavier on the pass.

What I’m looking for here is goal line opportunities 14 G for 70 yards.

It’s very reasonable and we are looking at two total touchdowns here for Walker giving him top 10 upside this week.
