PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two women who may have witnessed the shooting at the Vancouver Mall that killed one person and wounded two others have been identified, cooperated and are not considered suspects or persons of interest.
Earlier Saturday, Crime Stoppers of Oregon offered a reward for the identification of the women.

Officials say that, while they believe the two women captured on mall surveillance footage aren’t involved in the shooting, they may have important information related to it.
The shooting happened at around 7:30 p.m. in the middle of a family trick-or-treating event at the mall. At that time, someone in the food court opened fire, killing one person and sending two others to the hospital, according to police.
Authorities say the suspect was wearing a Halloween-type mask at the time of the shooting and it is believed to have been a targeted attack.
